LC-MSMS法测定桔梗中9种植物生长调节剂残留量
<p>本文建立了桔梗中9种水溶性植物生长调节剂残留量的测定方法。参照植物生长调节剂残留量测定法国家药品标准草案公示稿中第2法,采用岛津SHIMSEN QuEChERS Ⅲ对桔梗样品进行净化,Shim-pack GIST Amide色谱柱进行分离,岛津串联质谱LCMS-8050检测分析。对空白样品加标后(添加浓度以苯并咪唑计:0.1 mg/kg),按照上述前处理方法处理后上机,平行3份样品考察回收率和RSD,结果显示,乙烯利加标回收率为95.54-110.95%,RSD为0.48-9.54%,回收率高,重现性好。该方法为桔梗中水溶性植物生长调节剂残留量的测定提供参考。</p>

婴幼儿食品和乳品中胆碱的测定(第三法)
<p>本文建立了婴幼儿食品和乳品中胆碱的LC-MS/MS测定方法。参照国标GB 5413.20-2022中第三法色谱条件,采用色谱柱Shim-pack GIST Amide分析胆碱及其内标胆碱-d4,结果显示,胆碱及其内标胆碱-d4峰形对称,满足日常检测要求。此方法可为婴幼儿食品和乳品中胆碱的检测提供参考。</p>

<p>本文建立了尿囊素和尿嘧啶同时测定方法。结果表明,采用色谱柱 Shim-pack GIST Amide (4.6×250 mm,5 μm )分析尿囊素和尿嘧啶,峰形对称,理论塔板数高,重复性好,此方法可为尿囊素和尿嘧啶同时检测提供参考。</p>
